We want you to love your Damson Madder pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Ship the Parcel
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
